San Luque Rotary Club Visits Atlanta

The ViningsCumberland Roarty Club has assisted the Luque Rotary Club of Paraguay for the last several years in some water projects, including in person visits.  This year The Lugue Club visited us in Atlanta.  We showed them some of the Atlanta and US customary tourist locations.

After five Rotarians visited Paraguay in 2024, a group of three members of the Luque Rotary Club came to Georgia for a three-week visit. They stayed in the homes of VC Rotarians and participated in many "tourist" activities such as seeing the GA Aquarium, the World of Coca Cola Museum, going to a peach orchard, seeing Rock City, attending two Braves games and more. They also got a behind the scenes tour of a Chick Fil A and toured Home Depot Headquarters. The three Luque Rotarians attended our regular meetings and Induction Dinner. We have ongoing projects with the Luque Club and some VC members plan to go to Paraguay in 2027.
